E. 45 Reardless of our background and culture, we are the same people
'Regardless of our culture, background, and experiences, we are essentially the same people. It is the ritual that differs and the way we express what is important to us'
- Oksana Kukurudza -
People move because they want to, many people do that out of necessity. So be kind. Many flee violence and terrible situations at home and they want to do well, contribute, and work hard in the new country' - Oksana Kukurudza -
' I never felt quite American and never felt Ukrainian. I always felt as if I had 2 feet in 2 different worlds. It took me a long time to reconcile that' - Oksana Kukurudza -
